Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Content Creator to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing engaging short-form photo and video content for our social media platforms.
Your primary focus will be to create visually appealing content that effectively communicates our brand's offerings, target audience, unique selling points, and call to action.
You will collaborate with various stakeholders to gather content and ensure that all posts align with our brand guidelines.
Additionally, you will be involved in monitoring and responding to social media engagement, contributing to blog posts, and assisting with email marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Create short-form content for social media platforms, including photos, photos with animated typography, and videos.
- Develop creative content based on the target audience, highlighting the main benefits and unique features of our offerings.
- Use a variety of creative approaches to address the provided questions and test market responses.
- Follow a weekly social posting outline, including creating static posts, reels, and story posts for each brand.
- Collaborate with team members to gather content assets from various sources, such as menu spotlights, animated food stills, videos, events, and more.
- Review and obtain sign-off from relevant stakeholders for content before publishing.
- Set achievable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for content engagement and follower growth.
- Monitor social media reactions and feedback to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and relevant tags using GIFs and emojis.
- Engage with influencers and comment on vendor accounts to expand brand visibility.
- Contribute to monthly blog posts, create snippets for social media teasers, and link blog posts to Pinterest.
- Assist in planning and executing email blasts, including developing content for weekly promotions.
- Collaborate with the team on email marketing strategies and send frequencies based on specific target lists.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to include entertainment schedules and other relevant information in email campaigns.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media content creation, preferably in a similar role.
- Proficiency in creating short-form content, including photo editing, typography, and video editing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain brand consistency.
- Familiarity with email marketing campaigns and blog post creation is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
