About the Role As a Principle Product Manager of Walmart Creator, your focus will be on developing Walmart's Creator platform and establishing optimal E2E experience from sign-up and enrollment to logged in experiences.
You will need to be a savvy self-starter who loves building from the ground up, leverages data to inform scale, and has excellent communication skills.
You will partner with engineering, marketing , design, ecommerce, and others.
This is a rare opportunity to shape the trajectory of emerging customer behavior.
You will bridge the art of what's possible across today's rapidly evolving social commerce landscape.
What you ' ll do:
Lead and develop a team of experience product managers Defining vision for your product using competitive analysis, leveraging consumer best practices, and defining innovation in the social commerce space Develop a 2-year product strategy Launch large scale initiatives quarterly and drive product market fit Manage cross-functional leadership and stakeholder alignment across partner teams including Technology, Marketing, Design, and Product partners.
Driving synergies across platforms/products and clearly define ways of working with cross functional partners Templatizing product artifacts to be leveraged for leadership or cross partner updates Drive day-to-day progress with your product team by keeping PRDs up to date and the backlog continuously groomed.
Managing and executing on a product strategy and roadmap by analyzing customer and product data for actionable insights, determining rollout strategy, and managing risks and new opportunities Building collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to OKRs, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership Leading and delivering on key cross-functional projects that span across multiple teams within the organization You'll sweep us off our feet if:

The annual salary range for this position is $168,000.
00-$252,000.
00Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
