We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Schedule orders for delivery and/or pick up and accurately enter the order into our dispatch software.
- Assist customers with inquiries and concerns.
Work in conjunction with other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain accurate customer records through data entry.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
- Multilingual skills are a plus
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields is a plus - Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients - Ability to prioritize and multitask - Positive and professional demeanor - Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems, including MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
