The Executive Director is the leader of the organization, whose job responsibilities include, assist and work with the SI Arts Board, Executive Committee, and other Board committees to set an agenda and vision for the organization, produce an annual budget and plan and implement Board policies. The ideal candidate will conduct the accounting function and prepare reports to the Board as required. She/he will arrange arts advocacy on behalf of and in conjunction with the organization and its constituents. In addition, the Executive Director will build community relations and work with constituents on community cultural development.
