Customer Service - Insurance

The ideal candidate should:
Have verbal and written communication skills to provide information to customers.
Insurance customer service representatives must have the ability to handle difficult customer phone calls
Basic computer and typing skills

Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
Complete contract forms, prepare change of address records, and issue service discontinuance orders, using computers.
Provide information about products and services, take orders or cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints via the telephone or in person
Contact customers in order to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.
Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, and/or arrange for billing.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
