Physician Liaison - Medical Sales Representative
USA Vein Clinics is looking for a Physician Liaison to create demand for our services by implementing marketing strategies and promoting our new medical practice in the Staten Island area. In this role you will call on Physicians offices and engage directly with consumers through local promotional events. This position requires that the Physician Liaison maintains a current working knowledge of the services provided by USA Vein Clinics and be able to effectively communicate the benefits and value of our services to physicians and consumers.
Key
Responsibilities:
oIdentify physician referral opportunities by calling on physician offices and healthcare organizations throughout the community
oPromote and communicate the value of USA Vein Clinics services and develop long-term referral relationships.
oFollow-up with physicians to gather feedback and questions regarding our practices. Service and manage physician accounts.
oDevelop and maintain a strong partnership with clinic staff.
oSeek out and identify local marketing events and opportunities, i.e. health and wellness fairs. Participate in health fairs, conventions, training programs and other local events.
oUtilize your creativity to identify and develop other promotional opportunities/initiatives to drive business
Requirements:
oBA/BS
oMinimum 2-5 years sales/marketing experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or healthcare services.
oDemonstrated ability to effectively produce business results.
oAbility to clearly and effectively communicate ideas and data both verbally and in writing.
oStrong interpersonal skills. The ability to develop and maintain strong physician/client relationships.
oStrong organizational skills. The willingness and ability to maintain accurate and detailed records of appointments, sales calls, and follow-up.
oTime management skills. The ability to set priorities and establish a workflow to accomplish day-to-day tasks in a timely manner.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
