Delta Construction Partners is a National Executive Search and Management Consulting Firm for the Nations premier General and Electrical Contractors and Industry professionals. Delta has been retained to conduct a search to fill the above position for a confidential client in their Staten Island, New York office.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a minimum of 8 years as electrical estimator for an electrical contractor
Experience estimating large commercial construction projects with electrical budgets of $20million
and
Experience estimating high end residential homes a plus
Must have the ability to estimate as well as evaluate if a viable project
Knowledge of the bidding process from presentation to close
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and estimating software such as Accubid
Field experience a big plus
Must be able to execute timely and accurate take-offs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Extremely detail-oriented and organized
Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a strong sense of urgency
Strong employment history
EDUCATION:
College degree preferred, but not mandatory.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
