Motor Vehicle Operator (South Beach ATC)

May drive a variety of motor vehicles both on and off State property in order to transport people, material and equipment as required, and plow snow from roadways and parking lots. o May map routes, itineraries and points of call. o Move or carry cargo onto, into, off of, or out of the vehicle operated. o Move or carry cargo from the vehicle to the delivery or storage point. o Post manifests, inventories and other records of goods and people transported. Tend to the routine maintenance of vehicles operated in order to ensure that cargo is moved as required. o Change oil and spark plugs. o Change tires and washes vehicles. o Pump gas and add water to radiator, oil to crankcase and air to the tires. o Replace lamp bulbs. May operate and maintain motorized equipment in support of maintenance, grounds or building trades crews.

Salary Range:
From $15.48 to $15.48 Hourly
Minimum Qualification
Candidates must possess a valid Driver's License to drive in New York State. South Beach ATC is a Tobacco-Free FacilityEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
