DUAL 1019 TURNTABLE Working but Needs a New Needle for sale in Staten Island, NY
Dual 1019 Turntable acquired from the family of the original owner. This unit is need of a new needle for its Shure cartridge. Turntable spins at the correct rpm on all speeds. There is an optional strobe center piece on the platter which shows speed. There is also a usage counter on the front of the base. I would classify this turntable as in very good cosmetic condition with no objectionable flaws to report. It's a clean unit including the lift off dust cover which has a few tiny scratches. Auto function works along with manual and cuing. Tone arm adjustments perform their intended functions. Comes with the single play 33 spindle. There is no 45 adapter, they are readily available for a few dollars on ebay and other sites. I could not test the sound quality due to the absence of a stylus.
